How much dry food for a puppy: Supreme Puppy amounts

Your puppy is growing and you’re wondering how much to put in the bowl. For Supreme Puppy and Mister Puppy, one table is all you need. Both foods have the same composition and the same analytical constituents, so the same amounts apply to both.
Start with the adult weight
The table doesn’t go by what your puppy weighs today, but by what it will weigh when it’s grown. So the first thing you need is an estimate of its adult weight. Ask the breeder or your vet. Then find the row with that weight and the column with your puppy’s age.

The values are for the whole day. A dash means the table gives no amount for that age. Always make sure your dog has plenty of fresh water.
Example
A puppy that will grow into a 30 kg dog belongs in the 20–45 kg row. At four months its recommended amount is 255–365 g a day, at six months 370–530 g.
That’s a range, not a single number. Watch how your puppy gains weight, and if you’re not sure where in the range to start, ask your vet.
What’s in the kibble
Both foods are complete feeds, so you can give them on their own. They are for puppies, pregnant and nursing female dogs of all breeds. Extruded maize comes first in the composition, followed by greaves meal, pork meal and animal fat (lard). Of all the Nuova Fattoria dog kibble, only these two contain dried egg.
They contain 32% protein and 22% fat, and their energy value is 4 850 kcal/kg. For comparison, Stone Crick for adult dogs has 28% protein and 4 650 kcal/kg.
The table gives no amount for pregnant and nursing female dogs. Ask your vet.
Which pack to take
Both foods have the same recipe, so the size of the bag decides. Supreme Puppy comes in 2.5, 4 and 15 kg, Mister Puppy in 3 and 14 kg. Store the kibble at room temperature.
When your puppy grows up
The table ends at the twelfth month. For an adult dog, the Supreme line has Supreme Adult; you’ll find the others under dry food for dogs. Your vet or breeder can tell you exactly when to switch.
